A useful bug report

Describe which tool you used, your device and browser, what you expected, and the steps that produced a different result. Reproduce the problem with made-up entries such as Item A and Item B whenever possible.

For a grouping problem, include the number of entries and teams. For a file problem, describe the format and approximate file size rather than attaching the original file. Remove names, addresses and account details from screenshots. Do not send a full session or saved-list backup unless you have replaced its contents with synthetic data.

Before reporting missing data

Check that you are using the same browser and site address. Session data, the explicitly saved-list library and downloaded files are separate. Clearing history does not delete a saved list; clearing browser site data can remove local storage. There is no server-side copy from which this website can recover your private list.
