Names, entries and results
Parsing a list, choosing an entry and generating teams run in your browser. This application has no list-upload endpoint or cloud account. It does not put your entries, results, group names or file contents into page addresses, public pages, search metadata, application analytics payloads or application error logs. Text is displayed as text, not executed as HTML or code.
Three different places your work can remain
| Storage | What it contains | How to remove it |
|---|---|---|
| Current tab session | Draft, applied list, rules, exclusions, results and history for each tool; a short-lived incoming list after an explicit transfer. | Use Delete session data in the relevant tool. Discard an incoming list separately, or clear this site’s session data in browser settings. |
| Saved-list library | Only lists you explicitly save, with their titles and rules. It does not automatically save each draw. | Delete an individual saved list, or use Delete all saved lists. Deleting a session does not delete this library. |
| Files, clipboard and printouts | The content you choose to copy, download or print, possibly including names and results. | Manage these through your device, browser downloads, clipboard and printer. Site controls cannot remove copies elsewhere. |
Session storage normally survives a refresh. Browser recovery can also restore a tab’s session, so closing a tab is not a guaranteed erasure method. Use the delete controls and verify the result on a shared device. If storage is unavailable or deletion fails, the tool displays a warning; browser site-data settings remain an alternative. Saved lists are not encrypted cloud backups.
Local files and transfers
Importing a TXT or JSON file reads it on this device. You see a preview before applying it. An activity backup can include past results; a reusable-list file does not. Exported files are editable, not authenticated draw records. Explicit cross-tool transfers briefly use session storage and a fixed destination URL; simply visiting the other tool does not transfer a list.
The website still uses a network
Your browser requests this site’s HTML, scripts, styles and icon. The hosting infrastructure receives network metadata such as an IP address and requested path in order to serve those resources. Hosting logs and retention depend on the actual deployment configuration; browser-local calculation does not mean the whole website is offline or that infrastructure receives no information.
Analytics and advertising in this version
No external analytics collector, session replay, advertising, remote font or third-party error-monitoring script is enabled. The application emits limited, content-free completion events within the current page for integration testing: a fixed action name, tool type, optional list-size range and picking rule. It does not send those events to a service, persist an analytics history or include names, exact lists, results, identifiers or associated hashes.
Advertising is planned but not active. Before activation, the operator must disclose the chosen providers and data flows, configure the applicable consent system, and verify rejection and withdrawal. A local-computation feature does not isolate inputs from another script running on the same page. No claim is made that future third-party scripts could never access them. Core tools will not depend on consenting to advertising.
Organizer responsibility and younger participants
There are no child accounts, student profiles or school records here. That does not settle every obligation when an activity involves younger participants. Use aliases or neutral labels when appropriate, do not enter sensitive student information, and follow the requirements that apply to your activity. The operator must assess the actual audience and advertising setup before release.
Contact and changes
If you email support, your email provider and the operator’s email provider handle that message. Do not attach a real participant list. Material changes to storage or third-party services require a corresponding update to this notice. Use the contact page for questions.
